摘  要:除了环氧-有机胺的加成反应外,环氧阴极电泳涂料的制备过程还伴随着胺催化的环氧自聚副反应。由于缺乏简单、可靠的生产中控分析方法,在环氧阴极电泳涂料工业化生产中,常常出现产品批次稳定性不好、甚至生产失败的情况。本研究表明:HBr-冰醋酸非水滴定法可用于环氧阴极电泳涂料的生产中控分析,具有操作简单、快速、可靠性高、可直接估算生产过程中环氧自聚程度的优点。Along with the addition reaction of epoxy and organic amine, a side reaction of animecatalyzing epoxy self-polymerization catalyzed occurs during the preparation of epoxy cathodicelectrodeposition coatings. Due to lack of simple and reliable control analysis methods, the unstable batch production and even failure might occur. The result shows that HBr-glacial acetic acid nonaqueous titration can be used in production control analysis of epoxy cathodic electrodeposition coatings. This method is characterized by easy-to-use, convenience and reliability, which can be used directly to evaluate the degree of self-polymerization during production.
