摘  要:一般绕线式异步电动机的起动通常是采用串入液体电阻起动器实现降压起动,可有效地限制电动机起动时的起动电流和降低机械转矩的冲击。本文从大功率立式绕线异步电动机起动技术要求入手,通过大功率液阻起动器产品结构设计,能满足起动时极大地降低机械转矩冲击、减少起动电流的同时,还能满足大功率绕线式异步电动机起动要求和长期连续可靠地运行。The starting of the general wound rotor induction motor usually adopts the series of liquid resistance starter to realize the voltage reduction starting, which can effectively limit the starting current of the motor and the reduction of the mechanical torque. This article is from the high power vertical winding asynchronous motor starting with technical requirements, through high power liquid resistance starter when starting to meet the product structure design, can greatly reduce the impact of mechanical torque, reduce the starting current and can meet the high power winding type asynchronous motor starting and long-term continuous and reliable operation.
