摘  要:为了提高纺织厂的空气质量和降低现场工作人员的患病概率,设计了一款基于PLC和人机界面的纺织厂空气质量监测系统。该系统以型号为DVP12SA21.1R的台达PLC为控制核心,结合台达DOP-B07S411触摸屏,选取空气中的温湿度、PM2.5、PM10的浓度和光照强度为检测参数,通过控制空调、加湿器、静电除尘器和照明灯等现场设备,实现对纺织厂空气质量的检测和控制。良好健康的作业环境,对提高生产效率和确保职工健康的身体状况具有重要的实践应用意义。In order to improve the air quality of textile mills and reduce the worker' s illness,this paper designed a monitoring system about the air quality in textile mills based on PLC and HMI. The system takes the DVP12SA211R PLC as the control corn and incorporates the DOPB07S411 HMI. In order to achieve the detection and control of the air condition in the textile mills, the system selects the temperature and humidity, PM2.5,PM10 and light intensity as the detection parameter to control the air conditioning,the humidifier, the electrostatic dust collector and illumination lamp.There is important practical significance that the good and health operating environment to improve production efficiency and ensure the health of workers.
