摘　　要：分析了交流异步电动机软启动器的工作原理,详细介绍了基于台达PLC的电机软起动系统的硬件实现和软件编程。提出了分段线性化液态电阻的思想,使软起动过程更加符合实际电阻的变化,软启动效果更好。并添加了人机界面,可以选择软启动器的运行方式以适应现实。整个电路简单紧凑,安装、维护和使用都十分方便,性能稳定,成本也交低廉。Analyzed the working principle of ac asynchronous motor soft starter, was introduced in detail in PLC based motor soft start system hardware implementation and software programming. Puts forward the idea of piecewise linearization liquid resistance, the soft starting process more in line with the actual resistance change, soft start is better. And add the man-machine interface, can choose soft starter operation mode to adapt to the reality. The whole circuit is simple and compact_ installation maintenance, and use is very convenient, stable performance and low cost.
