摘　　要：文章论述了加强、改进和创新村社法治教育的重要意义,在深入调研我国村社法治教育现状基础上,查找、归纳了面临的主要问题,提出了如何加强与改进的对策措施,对于加强、改进和创新村社法治教育,对于提高村民法治理念和法律素质,对于促进村社人民调解服务体系建设,对于建设法治村社、创建平安村社、构建和谐村社、建成幸福村社,具有一定的参考意义和实践价值。This article discussed the significance of strengthening, improving and innovation of law education in villages. Based on in-depth research on current situation of law education in Chinese villages, this paper summed up the main problems and put forward countermeasures, which is of practical value and can be referred to when strengthening and improving the law education in villages, improving the concept of the rule of law and legal quality of villagers, promoting the construction of the villager＇s mediation service system, and constructing the safe, harmonious, happy and rule-of-law villages.
