阴道B超在异位妊娠诊断中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究阴道B超对异位妊娠(EP)的诊断效果。方法:选取来我院就诊的EP患者为观察对象,共108例,其中:52例接受阴道B超检查者为A组,56例接受腹部B超检查者为B组。以病理检查结果为金标准,比较分析2组的诊断符合率。结果:A组的诊断符合率为98.08%,B组的诊断符合率为82.14%,A组的诊断符合率显著高于B组(P<0.05)。B超检查A组1例误诊,B组4例误诊、6例漏诊。结论:阴道B超对于EP的诊断具有较高的准确率。Objective： To study the effect of transvaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy（EP）. Methods： 108 EP patients visiting our hospital were enrolled. Of them, 52 patients undergoing transvaginal B-ultrasound were selected as group A, and 56 ones undergoing transabdominal B-ultrasound were selected as group B. The diagnostic coincidence rate was compared between the two groups by taking pathological examination as gold standard. Results： The diagnostic coincidence rate of group A was 98. 08%, which was significantly higher than that of group B （ 82. 14%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. B- ultrasound misdiagnosed one case in group A; there were 4 cases of misdiagnosis and 6 cases of missed diagnosis in group B. Conclusion ： Transvaginal B-ultrasound has a high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of EP.
