摘 要:随着终端平台和媒体软件的丰富化应用,传统的洪灾报警系统信息的单一传输方式已不能满足当前多元平台的需求。为此,应用了一种新的开发模式对洪灾报警系统进行设计和实现,采用物联网、移动通信、微信平台和WEBGIS技术相结合的方式,建立了多元平台的洪灾报警系统。该系统利用物联网技术实现数据采集,应用移动通信技术实现数据传输,以异步处理技术实现自动监测,使用GIS技术进行水淹分析,通过WEBGIS生成Web灾情专题图,采用微信平台实现微信灾情专题图。运行实验结果表明,所建系统能实时快速地生成风险图、预警信息、灾害评估等内容,并能在多元平台中实时传输,信息交互性较好,为实时预警、抢险救灾和灾后救援工作提供了重要的决策参考,为洪灾报警系统的设计与应用提供了一种新的技术开发思路。With large application of terminal platform and media software, the traditional flood alarm system cannot meet current needs for multi-platform. Therefore,a new development mode has been applied to design and implement flood alarm system. A multi-platform flood alarm system has been established through the Intemet of Things, mobile communications, WeChat platform and WEBGIS, by which data acquisition is realized by the IoT ,data transmission is achieved by mobile communication, automatic monitoring is realized by the asynchronous processing, analysis of water flooding is realized by GIS, the Web disaster thematic map is generated through WEBGIS, and the WeChat disaster thematic map is generated by WeChat platform. The verification experiment shows that the established system can quickly generate real-time risk maps, early warning information, and disaster assessment etc. and that it can provide a reference for the real-time early warning and disaster relief work as well as a new technical reference for flood alarm system.
