摘　　要：军事法律文化有着自身独特的价值和功能,对军队正规化建设具有极强的驱动力,脱离军事法律文化背景发展的军队正规化建设便失去了价值源泉。立足军队正规化建设发展的实践,从军事法律文化的视角论述了军事法律文化一旦成为军人的共同思维方式之后,将通过促进、提升、引领、传播等方式影响并作用于军队正规化建设的创新和发展。因而,必须使先进的军事法律文化在创新军队正规化建设途径中发挥整合功能。Military legal culture has its unique value and function and has become a strong driving force in military normalization. The construction of military normalization will lose its value without the background of the military legal culture. Based on the practice of the construction of military nor- malization, this paper analyzes military legal culture＇s impact on the innovation and development of e construction of military normalization by means of promoting, elevating, guiding, spreading from e view of military legal culture, once the military legal culture becomes the common mode of king.Advanced military legal culture plays an integrative role in the innovation of the construction of military normalization.
