国家新安全战略视域下海军先进军事文化建设探析

摘　　要：在新时期我国安全战略出现了一些调整,对海军先进军事文化建设提出了新要求,要求其突出政治性、科学性、时代性和实效性等新特点。为此,海军军事文化建设应当采取以下新举措:把握转型中新情况新问题,创新外向拓展的海权思维观念;立足多种安全威胁和挑战,不断融合创新海军蓝色新文化;针对海军使命任务的拓展,培养复合型的海军新型人才;着眼新安全战略的国际性,塑造具有国际影响的文明海军。In the new period, there are some adjustments in China＇s national security strategy, which asks for the construction of Naval advanced military culture. New features such as political nature, scientificity, contemporaneity and effectiveness are highlighted. For this reason, the following new measures should be adopted in the construction of Naval advanced military culture. With an insight in- to the new situation and new problems in the transition, we should raise our extroversive sea power consciousness. Faced with a variety of security threats and challenges, we should continuously in- tegrate and improve Navy blue new culture. With the expansion of naval mission, we should cultivate a new type of naval compound talents. Focusing on international nature of the new security strategy, we should build a civilized Navy with international influence.
