摘　　要：重塑涉军网络舆论生态是新形势下做好网络时代思想政治工作、确保改革强军任务顺利完成及把握舆论生态良性发展契机的需要。当前,涉军网络舆论生态仍呈现出军队主体地位弱化、议题设置能力偏弱、运用媒体缺乏力度以及军队官方信息不够公开透明等问题,可通过放宽军人上网限制、学会与网民沟通对话、加大互动力度以及重建新时期军民鱼水情等措施,重塑涉军网络舆论生态。It is necessary to rebuild the ideological and political work in the internet era and to ensure the successful completion of the task of strengthening the military and grasp the opportunities for the development of public opinion ecology. But there are some problems about the current military-related network public opinion ecology, such as, a lesser role of the miliary, weak ability of agenda-setting, lack of strength to use the media, and limited transparency of military official information. The mili- tary-related network public opinion ecology can be reshaped by easing the military restrictions on the internet,learning to communicate with internet users,increasing interactions as well as econstructing close military-civilian relationship of the new era.
