摘 要:在我国由大向强转变的关键阶段,军队软实力日益发挥着举足轻重的作用。"嵌入-排斥"框架下的军队软实力与战斗力关系,一方面表现为军队文化潜移默化嵌入与军队纪律强制实施下对战斗力生成的促进作用,另一方面表现为价值观异化与规定违反后对战斗力提高的阻碍作用。就嵌入与排斥的强度而言,构成军队软实力的文化、价值观等要素的作用强度较大,制度、政策等要素的作用强度相对较小。基于二者的关系,可以从军队战斗文化培育、政治工作运行以及体制机制改革三个方面来促进军队软实力的嵌入力,降低排斥力。When our country changes from a big country to a strong one, we should not only enhance the hard power but also attach importance to the military soft power as it is playing an increasingly important role. Under the "embedded-rejection" framework, the relation between the military soft power and combat effectiveness reflects the cultural profundity and twists. On the one hand, in the "embedded" perspective, the army culture and the discipline can stimulate combat power; on the other hand, in the "rejection" perspective, when the two elements alienate combat power, they will play a negative role. For the power of the rejection and embedded, the power of value and culture is larger than that of systems or policies. Thus, we should cultivate military combat culture, promote the army political work running mechanism and perfect system reform to improve embedded soft power and reduce the repulsion.
