摘　　要：海外军民融合式装备保障是军民融合在装备保障领域针对海外空间的延伸与拓展,也是中国特色军民融合式发展的重要组成部分。围绕其基本概念,分析了海外军民融合式装备保障先期建设应该主要集中在装备维修保障、装备器材供应保障、装备保障动员等重要领域。为保证海外军民融合式装备保障的顺利实施,还必须加强观念、法规、机制和人才等多方面的综合配套建设。Oversea civil-military integration of equipment support is the extension and expansion of civil-military integration in the oversea equipment support field is also an important part of the civil- military integration development with Chinese characteristics. According to the basic conception of oversea civil-military integration of equipment support, the pior contents of the integration include equipment maintenance and support, equipment materiel supply, equipment support mobilization and so on. To ensure successful implementation of the oversea civil-military integration of equipment sup- port, supporting constructions of many aspects such as ideas, regulations, mechanism and talents should be strengthened.
