摘　　要：目的针对Varian23EX加速器常见的剂量连锁(UDR1,UDR2,UDRS等)总结出一种快速维修的方法。方法根据加速器的出束原理,利用数字万用表、示波器、高压棒等进行有关参数的测量对比,对该机器出现的剂量连锁故障进行测量和比较分析,找出其根本原因。结果总结该机器剂量连锁,实现UDRS,UDR1,UDR2等连锁出现时可快速维修。结论该维修方法能快速解决Varian23EX加速器常见的剂量连锁故障,能稳定机器的性能,提高开机率,缩短患者等候时间。Objective To present a rapid maintenance method for the common dose linkage of Varian clinac23EX.Methods According to the beam theory of linear accelerator, this paper used some measure tools, for example, the digital muItimeter, oscilloscope, high pressure bar, etc, to measure the beam equipment of Varian 23EX, and to analyze the reQson of dose linkage, finally, this paper found a method for the common dose linkage of Varian 23EX. Results The common dose linkages of Varian 23EX were quickly resolved by the method, for example, UDRS, UDR1, UDR2, etc. Conclusion The maintenance method of this paper was rapid and effedive far the common dose linkage of Varian 23EX, it could stabilize the capability of linear accelerator and approve the Beam ON rate so as to reduce the waiting time of patients.
