摘  要:目的探讨基于移动护理平台的资源护士调配与管理方法及效果。方法建立整合护士库,通过移动护理平台,制定及运行人力资源弹性调配方案,确立评价指标与评价方法。结果实施后医生、护士及患者的满意度显著提高,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),护理纠纷及护理不良事件呈下降趋势。结论资源护士库的规范建立与科学应用,是应对护理岗位短缺问题的有效途径。Objective To explore how to allocate and manage resource nurses through a mobile nursing platform. Methods A resource nurse bank was built, then a mobile nursing platform was used to flexibly utilize and manage resource nurses according to preset human resource flexible management schemes. Evaluation indexes and evaluation method were also determined for the system. Results After the practice, doctors', nurses' and patients' satisfaction were significantly improved(P〈0.01 for all). Occurrence of nursing disputes and nursing adverse events had a downward trend. Conclusion The establishment and scientific utilization of the re- source nurse bank serves as an effective way to tackle nursing shortage.
