摘 要:针对复杂机电产品线缆敷设质量的影响因素多、敷设过程质量难以控制等问题,提出了一种线缆敷设质量控制及模糊综合评判方法。在对线缆敷设质量的影响因素构成进行分析的基础上,建立了敷设质量控制及评估总体流程,给出了线缆敷设质量的具体控制措施。在选取影响线缆敷设质量的主要因素指标的基础上,通过专家打分法和结果的无量纲化处理建立了隶属矩阵,结合单因素模糊权向量的熵权法确定和综合模糊权向量的层次分析法确定,实现了基于模糊综合评判法的线缆敷设质量等级评判。将该方法应用于某相控阵雷达的线缆敷设质量等级的评定中,通过实例分析结果验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。In view of the cable harness wiring quality of complex mechatronic products was affected by multiple factors and was difficult to get more control problems,aquality control and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of cable harness wiring was proposed.Based on influencing factors composition and analysis of cable harness wiring quality,the overall flow of wiring quality control and evaluation was established,and specific control measures were also given.Based on the main factor indicators of influencing the cable harness quality,membership matrixes were established through the expert scoring method and dimensionless processing of results.Meanwhile,combined with the single factor and comprehensive fuzzy weight vector determined by entropy weight method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)respectively,the quality grade evaluation of cable harness wiring based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was realized.The feasibility and validity of the proposed method were verified by analysis results on the quality grade evaluation of cable harness wiring for a certain phased array radar.
