个体化护理干预对慢性髓系白血病患者依从性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究个体化护理干预对慢性髓系白血病患者依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2013年9月-2016年10月来笔者所在医院就诊的慢性髓系白血病患者84例,依据系统抽样法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各42例,给予观察组个体化护理,给予对照组常规护理,比较两组患者诊疗依从性和生活质量的不同。结果:干预后,观察组患者的精力与睡眠评分、身体素质评分、精神心理评分、人际关系评分、行动能力评分均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的依从性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性髓系白血病患者给予个体化护理,能明显提高患者依从性,患者生活质量也明显优于一般常规护理。Objective： To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on compliance and life quality of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia. Method： From September 2013 to October 2016, 84 cases of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to systematic sampling method, 42 cases in each.The patients of the control group were given conventional care, the patients of the observation group were given individualized care.The quality of life and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared after treatment.Result： The life quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group after intervention, including mental and sleep scores, physical quality scores, mental scores, interpersonal relationship scores, mobility scores, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion： Individualized nursing care for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia can significantly improve the compliance and the life quality of the patients, which are significantly better than those of the conventional care.
