葡萄糖酸钙、卡前列素氨丁三醇加水囊填塞治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血

摘　　要：目的:探讨葡萄糖酸钙、卡前列素氨丁三醇加水囊填塞在前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血中的临床治疗效果。方法:对来笔者所在医院诊治的60例患者入院资料进行分析,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用传统宫腔塞纱布法止血治疗,观察组联合葡萄糖酸钙、卡前列素氨丁三醇加水囊填塞止血,比较两组止血效果。结果:观察组术中平均出血量、术后2 h出血量、术后24 h总出血量、填塞物停留时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后并发症发生率为10%,低于对照组的20%(P<0.05)。结论:前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血发生率较高,采用葡萄糖酸钙、卡前列素氨丁三醇加水囊填塞治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Calcium Gluconate, Carboprost Tromethamine and water bag packing in the treatment of placenta previa postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Method： The clinical data of sixty patients admitted to our hospital were analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by traditional uterine plug gauze hemostasis method, the observation group combined with Calcium Gluconate, Carboprost Tromethamine and water hag packing to stop bleeding, the hemostatic effect was compared between the two groups.Result： In the observation group, the average blood loss, the amount of bleeding after 2 hours, the total blood loss after 24 hours, the stay time of stuffing were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 10%, lower than 20% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Calcium Gluconate, Carboprost Tromethamine and water bag packing is ideal for the treatment of bleeding after cesarean section in placenta previa.
