摘　　要：介绍了"十二五"和"十三五"林地定额批复和使用情况及林地定额测算方法,分析了"十三五"林地定额调整的背景和必要性,提出了"十三五"林地定额调整方案,并对"十三五"林地定额的使用提出了建议。Introduced conditions of reply, utilization and calculation method of forestland quantum during ＂the 12th Five-Year Plan＂ and ＂the 13th Five-Year Plan＂, analyzed background and necessity on adjustment of for- estland quantum, then put forward the adjustment plan for foresfland quantum and the utilization of it during ＂the 13th Five-Year Plan＂.
