森林资源二类调查成果衔接林地“一张图”等成果问题探讨

摘　　要：在森林资源二类调查中,如何衔接林地"一张图"、公益林区划界定、集体林权制度改革等调查、区划和界定成果,是近年来森林资源监测中难于把握和处理的问题。从森林资源二类调查特点入手,在确保森林资源二类调查特色不被扭曲的前提下,就如何充分利用林地"一张图"、公益林区划界定、集体林权制度改革等调查、区划、界定成果进行了研究,并就衔接中的关键点进行了剖析,以期为我国森林资源监测提供一些新思路,服务国家林业大局。How to link up the results of investigation, division and classification in forest resource monitoring like forestland ＂one map＂, public forest classification division and collective forest property system reform, have always been a difficult problem to handle. This article started with the characteristics of forestry manage- ment inventory, studied on how to make fully use of the results mentioned above under the circumstances that features of forestry management inventory were correctly comprehended. This article also analyzed key points a- rise from the linking progress, to provide some new perspective concerns on the forest resource monitoring of our country, and to serve the general picture of forestry for our nation .
