摘  要:麻家梁矿主井箕斗采用外动力卸载,由于两个油缸动作不同步,经常出现闸门擅动引发系统故障停车,通过给液压系统增加节流阀、减压阀和液控单向阀,实现两个油缸动作的同步性,使开闭闸门时更加平稳,改善了开闭锁装置的运行条件,延长了卸载机构的使用寿命,提高了系统安全连续运行效率。Outside dynamic skip unloading was adopted at main mine in Majialiang Coal Mine. Due to desynchrony of these two oil cylinder, gate shaking and failure in parking system often took place. With the throttle valve, reducing valve and hydraulic contr- olled one-way valve added to hydraulic system, synchronicity was achieved of these two cylinders so as to make the opening and closing of valve more smooth, improve the operating conditions of open and close lock device, prolong the service life of the unloa- ding mechanism and rise the level of the efficiency of safe and continuous runnig of the system.
