浅谈ELL外测液位开关的实际应用

摘　　要：随着中国石化企业的发展,石油化工行业在管理方面的要求越来越严格,安全防护标准越来越高,企业需要采取更加有效的应对措施,以保证生产过程和工作人员的安全。油品储罐的液位监测和控制越来越重要,液位开关就是进行液位监测、控制及连锁的重要产品。本文详细论述了ELL外测液位开关的测量原理及其特点,并结合工业现场情况介绍了安装方法;通过现场使用效果,得出ELL外测液位开关在储油罐上进行液位监测、控制及连锁的适用性。With the development of China＇s petrochemical industry, Petro-chemical industry in the management of the requirements become more stringent, safety standards and higher, companies need to take more effective measures to ensure the safety of production processes and staff. Oil tank level monitoring and control of more and more important, level the level switch is monitoring, control and its chain of important products. ELL is described in detail in this paper measuring principle and characteristics of measurement level switches, and industrial site of installation methods are introduced; by using effects, ELL is obtained on the external oil tank liquid level switch liquid level monitoring, control, and applicability of the chain.
