摘　　要：西气东输一线某站场压缩机组控制系统采用AB PLC搭建压缩机组控制系统,从投产至今存在看门狗错误导致故障停机的问题。文章从控制系统的I/O模块组态时间、网络组态参数、看门狗时间设置优化等方面进行检查,分析其产生的原因,找出网络通信瓶颈,优化网络组态参数,解决了该机组看门狗错误导致停机的故障。A watchdog fauh which can cause unit shutdown exists from completion and commissioning, while the control system is build of AB Plc in a Compressor Station Unit in West-East Pipeline I. This paper check the I/O configration time, net configration parameter, watchdog time setup of the control system, analyse the cause, find out communication botttle- neck, optimise the net communication parameter, finally solve this watchdog fauh of this nnit.
