摘　　要：西藏自治区已全面实施了1 057万hm2生态公益林中央财政补偿基金制度,西藏生态公益林资源已成为自治区森林资源的主体,开展生态公益林成效监测已成为迫切需求。本文提出了西藏自治区生态公益林成效监测及效益评价的监测内容、监测指标体系、监测技术路线和技术方法,以期指导自治区监测工作开展。The Tibet Autonomous Region has carried out the full implementation central financial compensation fund system for the 1 057 million hectares of ecological public welfare forest. Ecological public welfare forest in Tibet has become the main part of regional forest resources. So, the effectiveness monitoring of ecological public welfare forest has become an urgent demand. In this paper, we put forward the monitoring contents, monitoring index system and technical method of ecological public welfare forest in Tibet Autonomous Region, in order to carry out effective monitoring.
