摘  要:目的:探究在下肢静脉曲张治疗中应用泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇局部注射联合大隐静脉高位结扎及腔内激光闭合术的临床效果。方法:择取2014年7月~2015年12月某院收治的下肢静脉曲张患者35例41条肢体作为研究对象,联合实施泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇局部注射、大隐静脉高位结扎以及腔内激光闭合术治疗,借助静脉彩超观察患者的治疗效果。结果:38条肢体的迂曲扩张浅静脉完全消失,3条肢体残留少量静脉曲张区域,在实施二次泡沫硬化剂注射治疗条件下静脉曲张症状完全消失。结论:以聚桂醇作硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张,具有治疗效果明确、安全性高,副作用较少等特点,在与其他微创治疗方法联合应用条件下,能够显著提升下肢静脉曲张的治疗有效率,降低临床并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of local application of foam sclerotherapy plus polyglycoside combined with high saphenous vein ligation and intracavitary laser closure in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods:A total of 35 limbs of 35 patients with varicose veins were treated from July 2014 to December 2015.The patients were treated with foam hardening agent polyglycol partial injection,large saphenous vein ligation and intracavitary laser Closed treatment,with the help of venous ultrasound to observe the treatment of patients.Results:The tortuous expansion of the 38 limbs was completely disappeared,and the three limbs had a small amount of varicose veins.The symptoms of varicose veins disappeared completely under the condition of secondary foam sclerotherapy.Conclusion:The treatment of lower extremity varicose veins with polylolate as a hardening agent has the advantages of clear treatment effect,high safety and less side effects.It can significantly improve the effect of varicose veins with other minimally invasive treatment and reduce the incidence of clinical complications,worthy of clinical promotion.
