野菊花注射液氧气雾化吸入联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎应用野菊花注射液氧气雾化吸入联合热毒宁注射液治疗效果探究。方法:选取小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患者82例,随机分为对照组与观察组各41例,对照组给予热毒宁注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上给予野菊花注射液氧气雾化吸入治疗,对比两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,患儿退热时间、恢复进食时间及疱疹消失时间均显著短于对照组。结论:小儿疱疹性咽峡炎应用野菊花注射液氧气雾化吸入联合热毒宁注射液治疗具有显著疗效。Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of oxygen atomization inhalation of chrysanthemum injection combined Reduning injection in the treatment of children with herpangina.Methods. 82 cases of children with herpangina were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given Reduning injection the treatment,and the observation group was given oxygen atomization inhalation of chrysanthemum injection on the basis of control group, then compared the treatment effect and adverse reactions of two groups.Results：The total efficiency of obser- vation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the children with fever time, recovery time of eating and herpes disappearance time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group.Conclusion： The curative effect of oxygen atomization inhalation of chrysanthemum injection combined Reduning injection in the treatment of children with herpangina is remarkable.
