摘　　要：介绍了FFS3070型弛张筛的工作原理和技术特点,并在此基础上分析了弛张筛3mm干法脱粉技术在鑫辰选煤厂的应用情况,应用结果表明:采用FFS3070型弛张筛对原煤进行3mm干法脱粉,不仅提高了末煤产品的产率,而且大大减少了煤泥量,降低了煤泥处理系统负荷,简化了煤泥处理工艺,降低了煤泥处理费用,取得了明显的经济效益,具有较高推广价值。Following an introduction to the working principle and technical features of the FFS3070 flipflop screening machine, an analysis is made of the result of its application for dry screening of raw coal for scalping out of the minus 3mm fine coal at Xinchen Coal Preparation Plant. Practice shows that the use of the screen can lead to increase of yield of small coal product, drastic reduction of content of slime in washwater, reduction of load of slime treatment system, simplification of slime treatment process and cutdown of operating cost. The use of the screen has brought about favourable economic result. It proves to be an equipment of real worth for widespread application.
