社区警务网格化模式论析——从“漳州110”的实践谈起

摘　　要：在新时期弘扬"漳州110"精神,应将其模式推广应用与具体的社区警务网格化工作进程中去。当前,社区警务网格化尚存在接处警能力与公共服务无限性之间的矛盾、社区警务需求多样性与警察职能协调性的矛盾以及人性化诉求不足的问题,亟需通过警务社会化、警务信息化以及公民参与的手段有针对性地予以解决,以促使社区警务网格化模式可更好地渗透和传承"漳州110"的核心价值理念。The practice of ＂110＂ in Zhangzhou should be applied in the process of grid work of community policing to promote its spirit. At present, there are some problems existing in the grid of community policing, such as the contradiction between police＇s receiving and disposal case ability and infinity of public service, the conflict between diversity of com-munity policing and coordination of police functions, and shortage of humanization demands. It is imperative to solve these problems through policing socialization, police informatization and participation of citizen to promote the grid of community policing and inherit the core value idea ＂Zhangzhou 110＂.
