摘　　要：从进口的乌拉圭大豆的残留茎秆上分离到一种新的大豆炭疽病菌,根据菌落形态、分生孢子形态、ITS序列及ACT序列特征以及对大豆的致病性,将其鉴定为Colletotrichum chlorophyti,这是我国口岸首次截获该菌。The pathogenic fungus isolated from soybean imported from Uruguay was identified as Colletotrichum chlorophyti based on the morphological characteristics of the colony and conidia of the fungus,rDNA-ITS and partial sequence of the actin gene,and its pathogenicity to soybean.It was the first report that Colletotrichum chlorophyti was imported to China.
