鄂西北地区斯氏狸殖吸虫病血清流行病学调查研究

摘　　要：目的：了解斯氏狸殖吸虫病在十堰地区居民的感染现状。方法：抽取十堰地区5个县（市）5个调查点,对待检人群取静脉血2 m L,采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和金标渗滤法快速检测试剂盒（DIGFA-kit）检测斯氏狸殖吸虫特异性Ig G抗体。结果：ELISA和DIGFA共检测血清2 961份,检出阳性血清127份,阳性检出率为4.29%;丹江口市血清阳性率最高,为8.28%（56/676）,房县检出率最低,为2.89%（16/554）,两地检出率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。调查人群以10岁以下儿童阳性率最高，为5．92％（17／287），其次是10-19岁阳性检出率为5．69％（32／562），50-59岁年龄组最低，为2．61％（11／421），年龄组之间阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。男性和女性抗体阳性检出率分别为4．37％（69／1578）和4．19％（58／1283），二者之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：斯氏狸殖吸虫感染在十堰地区仍然存在,应采取有效的综合防治措施,控制感染。Objective To investigate the epidemic tendency and distribution of paragonimiasis skrjabin in Shiyan region.Methods Five investigation sites were randomly selected from five counties. The 2.0 m L venous blood was collected to detect specific antibody of Ig G by ELISA and DIGFA. Results ELISA and DIGFA-kit were used to detect the serum samples of 2 961 cases,the positive rates of antibodies was 4.29%（ 127 / 2 961）. The highest positive rate was 8.28%（ 56 / 676） in Danjiangkou,the lowest positive rate was 2.89%（ 16 / 554） in Fangxian,there was significant differences between them（ P〈0.01）. Analysis of the age distribution showed that the highest score was found in children under 10- year old is 5. 92%（ 17/287）,followed by the 10 to 19 years old,the positive rate was 5.6%（ 32/562）. The lowest score was 2.61%（ 11/421）in the people between 50 to 59 years old. There was significant difference among them（ P〈0.01）. And the positive rates of male and female were 4.37%（ 69 / 1 578） and 4.19%（ 58 / 1 283）,respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion There is paragonimiasis in Hubei province Shiyan city,comprehensive control measures should be carried out for Paragonimus skrjabin infection.
