联合降压不同给药时间对原发性高血压的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的:研究联合降压治疗不同给药时间对原发性高血压的疗效影响。方法:将180例原发性高血压患者随机分为A、B、C三组(n=60),A组清晨顿服氨氯地平5 mg+培哚普利4 mg;B组清晨服培哚普利4 mg,晚上服用氨氯地平5 mg;C组清晨服用氨氯地平5 mg,晚上服用培哚普利4 mg,治疗3个月,比较治疗前后各组患者的24h血压情况、异常血压晨峰率及晨峰程度、血压变异性。结果:联合降压治疗3个月后各组24 h平均血压、异常血压晨峰率及晨峰程度、血压变异性均不同程度降低,其中B、C两组异常血压晨峰率及程度、血压变异性均较A组更为显著。结论:日夜分服氨氯地平与培哚普利给药方案可更平稳有效降压,从而保护靶器官损害及减少心血管事件的发生。Objective To observe the effects of amladipine combined with perindopril in different time on the primary hyper- tension. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C （n= 60）. Patients in group A was administered with 5 mg amlodipine and 4mg perindopril at the same time in the morning; patients in group B were administrated with 4 mg perindopril in the morning and 5 mg amlodipine in the evening; patients in group G were administrated with 5 mg amlodipine in the morning and 4 mg perindopril in the evening, all the patients were treated for 3 months. 24-hour mean blood pressures（ 24 h BP）, ratio and degree of abnormal pressure morning surges, blood pressure variability （BPV） of patients before and after treatment were compared among different groups. Results After combined antihypertensive therapy for 3 months, 24-hour mean blood pressure, ratio and degree of abnormal pressure morning surges, blood pressure variability （BPV） were all decreased in different degrees compared with group A, the ratio and degree of abnormal pressure morning surges, BPV of gronp Band group C were more obviously than those of group A. Conclusion Combined amlodipine with perindopril can safety and effectively treat primary hypertension in different administration time, it may .prevent target organ from lesion and decrease the incidence of cardiovascular events.
