摘　　要：目的:观察应用"C形"凝胶垫与"马蹄形"头托对腰椎手术俯卧位早期并发症的影响。方法:将行俯卧位下椎弓根螺钉系统复位固定结合椎间植骨融合术的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,A组应用"C形"凝胶垫,B组应用"马蹄形"头托,每组各30例。观察两组手术患者有无压疮、视力低下、神经损伤等并发症。结果:A组出现1例表皮破溃;B组出现2例眼部不适症状。结论:俯卧位腰椎手术采用"C形"凝胶垫并发症相对较轻。Objective： To investigate the effects of using＂C-shaped＂gel pad and＂horseshoe＂head support on the early complications of lumbar spine surgery in prone position. Methods： Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation,who underwent pedicle screw fixation and intervertebral bone graft fusion in the prone position,were included as the subjects in the study,with＂C-shaped＂gel pad（ group A） and＂horseshoe＂head support（ group B）,respectively（ n = 30 each）. The complications of decubitus,poor vision and nerve damage were determined in the two groups. Results： One case of epidermal ulceration occurred in group A,and 2 cases of ocular discomfort occurred in group B. Conclusion： The complications of lumbar spine surgery using＂C-shaped＂gel pad in prone position are relatively mild.
