摘 要:采用氢氧化钠/亚硫酸钠/十二烷基硫酸钠体系溶解废弃人发制备人发角蛋白液,通过试剂浓度、反应温度和反应时间的单因素对比试验,以人发纤维溶解率和人发角蛋白提取率为测试指标,确定最佳制备工艺为:氢氧化钠质量浓度6g/L,亚硫酸钠质量浓度30g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠质量浓度10g/L,反应温度80℃,反应时间3h.SDS-PAGE分析显示人发角蛋白相对分子质量主体分布在15-37kDa,人发角蛋白的红外光谱为典型的蛋白质类谱图.经人发角蛋白液整理后的氧化棉织物具有良好的防紫外线性能,能有效降低UVA和UVB波段的紫外线透过率.In this paper, human hair keratin solutionwas prepared fromwaste hairvia a NaOH/Na2 SO3/SDS dissolution system. Taking human hair dissolution rate and keratin extraction rate as test indexes, experiments with variation of the dosage of reagents as well as the reaction temperature and time were carried out to determine the optimum process conditions, which were as following: NaOH 6 g/L, Na2SO3 30 g/L, SDS 10 g/L, reaction temperature 80 ℃, reactiontime 3 h. SDS-PAGE a- nalysis showed that the molecular weight ofthe hair keratin was 15 ~ 37 kDa. The FTIR spectra showed a typical proteins spectrum. Oxidized cotton fabric finished with the prepared human hair keratin solution had good performance for anti-ultraviolet via effectively reducing the ultraviolet trans- mission of UVA and UVB bands.
