摘　　要：China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation(CASC)and the State Oceanic Administration(SOA)signed a framework agreement on further cooperation on December 12.The two parties also signed a contract on HY-1C/D and HY-2B/C satellites.China has successfully launched 4ocean satellites,covering ocean color,marine dynamics and monitoring。China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation （CASC） and the State Oceanic Administration （SOA） signed a framework agreement on further cooperation on December 12.
