摘　　要：目的探讨尿素注射联合手术切除治疗舌部静脉畸形的效果。方法回顾性分析35例舌部静脉畸形的病例资料,行MRI检查显示单侧病变且边界清晰,采用尿素联合手术切除治疗,尿素注射2-5ml,每日1次,7d为1个疗程。尿素治疗结束后2-3d行手术切除。结果 35例患者随访5-24个月,平均随访（21.5±2.0）个月。33例患者一期手术彻底切除,未见复发;2例病例出现复发,术后6-12个月再行二期尿素注射联合手术切除;随访无复发,且舌体活动自如,外观满意。结论手术是治疗静脉畸形的有效方法;术前尿素注射可硬化瘤体,减少术中出血,单侧舌部静脉畸形瘤体边界清晰的患者应考虑尿素瘤内注射联合手术切除。Objective To observe the effect of urea injection combined with surgery on the venous malformation of tongue. Methods Totally 35 cases from May 2013 to May 2014 were retrospectively studied in this study. Every case has unilateral lesion and clear boundary diagnosed by MRI. All the cases were treated by urea injection,after which we did surgery as well. We used 2-5ml urea every time,1 times a day,7 days as a course of treatment. After 2-3days of urea treatment,surgeries were did. Results Totally 35 cases were followed up for 5-24 months with an average（ 21. 5 ± 2. 0） months. 33 cases were completely cured after treatment without recurrence. 2 cases were found recurrence but after the same treatment for 6-12 months,they did not recurrent again,the tongue was bilaterally symmetrical,no obvious scar appearance. Conclusion Surgery is an effective treatment for venous malformations; Preoperative urea injection can harden the lesion and reduce blood loss during surgery. Urea injection combined with surgery treatment should be considered in venous malformations of tongue which was unilateral and has clear boundary.
