摘　　要：目的了解重点人群布鲁式菌病感染状况,以研讨防治对策。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法。结果以沁阳、扶沟、叶县的羊牛皮毛、肉加工者及养殖从业人员作为布病重点人群。布氏菌素皮试3015人,阳性198人;布病莱特氏试验检查219人,阳性10人;发现并处置新发布病病人6例。结论接触感染仍然是主要的布病感染途径,加强个体防护为布病主要控制措施。Objective To realized the brucellosis infection status of the high-risk population. Methods Field epidemiology investigation method was used. Results The high-risk population was from Qinyang,Fugou,Yexian. Their professional is cattle/sheep feeding,fur finish or meat processing. A total of 3015 persons were detected by brucellergin skin test and 198 persons were positive. A total of 219 persons were tested by SAT and ten persons were positive. Conclusion Contact infection is still the main infective route of brucellosis,strengthening individual protection remains the major control measures for brucella.
