摘　　要：黔西南州作为"国际山地旅游大会"的永久会址,旅游业发展呈现出健康稳步发展的势头,山地旅游背景下除了关注旅游资源的开发、旅游产品的丰富,也应把眼光放在城市发展上,实现全民全域发展旅游。以山地旅游为背景,以发展全域旅游为理念,以兴义市中心城区为例,探索其在城市发展中的实现路径。以城市生态绿脉的快速道路将万峰林、万峰湖、马岭河、马岭河峡谷湿地公园等若干旅游景点串联起来,用青山绿水将城市围绕起来,构建一个"中心城区+外围景区组团"的"山地城市"的空间形态。QianXiNan as the permanent site of ＂international conference on mountain tourism＂, present a momentum of steady and healthy development of tourism, under the background of mountain tourism, in addition to focus on the development of tourism resources, enrich tourism products, should also put eyes on urban development, realize the all-around development of tourism. This paper based on the mountain tourism as the background, with the development of the global tourism concept, in Xingyi City as an example, explore the realization path in urban development. In urban ecological green pulse fast road will also, Wanfeng lake, Ma linghe, Ma linghe canyon wetland park and so on ,a number of scenic spots together, the city with mountains around, to build a ＂city center ＋ peripheral scenic spot group＂ of the ＂mountain city＂ of space form.
