高等教育区域非均衡发展的个案研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：由于历史、政治与政策、经济等因素的影响,江苏省高等教育发展的地区差异显著。在教育规模、层级结构、人才吸纳力几个方面存在着南强北弱、以南京为中心向周边放射性衰减的态势。基于江苏省高等教育发展存在的现实差异,政府应该在高等教育区域均衡发展方面加强宏观引导,优化教育资源配置,加大对后发地区高等教育的扶持力度,促进江苏省高等教育与区域经济结构协调发展。Due to the impact of history, politics and policy, economics and other factors, the differences between different regions in the development of higher education in Jiangsu Province is obvious. There is a fact that the north is more advanced than the south in the education scale, hierarchy and the ability to attract talent .With Nanjing as the center ,there is a tendency to decrease radioactively in around cities. Based on the reality ,it is imperative for government to strengthen macro guidance, optimize the allocation of educa- tional resources and increase the support to educationally backward areas, especially in the terms of regional balanced evelopment of higher education.Only in this way ,can we promote the development of higher education and regional economic structure in Jiangsu Province.
