校地联合、产教融合、知行耦合:面向地方产业的应用型人才培养路径探索

摘　　要：面向地方产业培养应用型人才是地方本科高校"地方性、应用型、特色化"办学理念的具体体现,从校地联合、产教融合、知行耦合三者的相互关系中,重构高素质应用型人才培养的层次、规格和流程,是应用型人才培养路径的创新。盐城工学院在这条路径的探索与实践中形成的"一条主线、二层架构、三厢对接、四维并重"的面向地方产业的特色化应用人才培养方式,可以为其他高校的转型发展提供借鉴。Cultivating application-oriented talents facing the local industry is embodied in the educational philosophy of locality, application-oriented, characteristic＇for the local university. Recreating the cultivating level, standard and process of the high- quality application-oriented talents from the two - two relationship of the combination between school and locality, teaching and producing, knowing and doing is the path creation of cultivating application-orlented talents. One thread, double frameworks, tri- partite joint, four-dimensional stress, the specialized method of cultivating application-oriented talents created by Yancheng Insti- tute of Technology, could give a reference to the other colleges in transitional development.
