贵阳市青岩古镇旅游区旅游者行为特征分析

摘　　要：本文选取青岩古镇游客为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法对前来青岩古镇旅游的旅游者的决策行为、空间行为、时间行为和消费行为等行为进行调查研究。通过对旅游者的属性特征、旅游心理特征和对景区的满意度进行调查分析,揭示了青岩古镇旅游者在旅游过程中存在共性的行为特征,例如旅客以贵州籍游客最多,游客的总体旅游时间短,游客对景区的满意度一般等。The tourists of Qing Yan Old Town were selected as the research object for the article . To researched and in-vestigated the behavior of the tourists during the travel by using questionnaire survey . The decision - making behavior ,spatial behavior ,time behavior and consumer behavior were included in the investigation . The author did a survey aboutthe psychological characteristics , the attribute of the tourists and the degree of satisfaction of the to reveal the behaviorfeature of the tourists. The result is that there are many similarities about the behavior feature of the tourists. Such as al-most of them are natives and the time they spent in traveling in Qing Yan was from lhour to 4hours generally and thetourists have a general satisfaction about the facility of the Qing Yan and so on.
