芳香黄杆菌感染3例及文献回顾

摘　　要：目的分析芳香黄杆菌感染的临床特点、治疗和转归,为临床合理治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析2005-2015年上海华山医院收治的3例感染芳香黄杆菌病例,并总结分析中国大陆同期发表的10例芳香黄杆菌感染患者资料。结果芳香黄杆菌在年龄较大或免疫力低下的患者中易引起感染,其感染的主要临床表现包括发热,感染部位相应的症状如咳嗽咯痰、膀胱刺激症、疼痛、创口分泌物等。临床分离芳香黄杆菌存在多重耐药情况,抗菌治疗多根据药敏结果用药,病情可改善。结论芳香黄杆菌感染临床少见,表现无特异性。免疫力低下或老年患者应尽早送检病原学检查以早期诊断,抗菌治疗宜根据药敏结果选用药物。Objective To describe the clinical features, therapeutic approach and prognosis ofFlavobacterium odoratum infection for improving clinician＇s awareness of this disease. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of E odoratum infection treated in Huashan Hospital from 2005 to 2015 were reviewed retrospectively mainland from 2005 to 2015 were comprehensively reviewed. Results Relevant reports about F. odoratum infection in Chinese The major clinical manifestations ofF.. odoratum infection included fever, symptoms associated with infection site, such as cough, urinary tract irritation symptoms, pain, and secretions. The pathogens were often resistant to most of the commonly used antimicrobial agents. Conclusions E odoratum infection is rarely reported, the main clinical manifestation of which is similar to other bacterial infections. Samples should be sent for laboratory test as early as possible to confirm the diagnosis ofF. odoratum infection in immunocompromised or elderly patients in order to improve their prognosis.
