国产环氧沥青混凝土在范蠡大桥钢桥面铺装中的应用

摘　　要：环氧沥青混合料是一种热固性材料,具有良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及抗疲劳性能,但其对施工条件要求苛刻,施工难度大。结合宜兴范蠡大桥环氧沥青组合式钢桥面铺装实体工程,对国产环氧沥青和美国环氧沥青性能进行了对比研究,同时对国产环氧混凝土施工工艺进行了系统研究,明确了国产环氧沥青混凝土铺装质量控制的关键点,为国内环氧沥青钢桥面铺装设计与施工提供参考。Epoxy asphalt mixture is a kind of thermosetting material,which has great high temperature stability performance,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and anti-fatigue performance.However,it requires very strict construction.Based on the project of Fanli Bridge in Yixing,this paper studied and compared the performance of domestic and imported epoxy asphalt made in USA.It also did a systematical investigation on the construction technology of domestic epoxy asphalt concrete and determined the key of quality control points.It provides references for futrue design and construction.
