摘  要:针对某3×10m现浇整体式斜板桥支座更换的工程案例,对支座更换中的千斤顶布置方式进行了优化设计,通过理论分析和现场监控验证,一方面可使各千斤顶顶升力更为均匀,另一方面可尽量减小顶升施工对结构受力不利的影响,保证桥梁结构的安全。提出对于整体式斜板桥支座更换千斤顶优化布置的方法和控制要点,以便为类似工程提供参考。This paper focuses on the project of bearing replacement in three integral cast-in-site skew slab bridge with 10 m spans,and makes the optimization of the arrangement of jack positions.Through the theoretic analysis and field application,this resolution could make each of jacks share the evener lifting forces,and make less influence on structure in the process of jacking construction,to ensure the safety of bridge structure.This paper proposes the resolutions and control points of optimization of jack positions in bearing replacement projects of integral cast-insite skew slab bridges,so as to provide a reference for the similar projects.
