摘　　要：目的探讨BBQ联合FPP手法复位序贯治疗水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(horizontal canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,HC-BPPV)的治疗效果。方法将32例HC-BPPV患者分为BBQ联合FPP手法复位序贯治疗组(n=18)和单纯BBQ组(n=14),观察治疗效果。结果序贯治疗组一次治愈率为66.7%,高于单纯BBQ组的50%,但无显著性差异;序贯治疗组一次改善率(治愈+有效)为100%,显著高于单纯BBQ组的64.3%。第2个周期后BBQ+FPP组17例患者治愈,BBQ组8例治愈,两组治愈率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 BBQ联合FPP手法复位序贯治疗HC-BPPV疗效显著,优于单纯BBQ。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of combined BBQ-FPP maneuver in treating horizontal canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（HC-BPPV）.Methods 32 cases of HC-BPPV were selected to receive combined BBQ-FPP maneuver（n=18）or BBQ（n=14）canalith repositioning maneuver only.Results After a single session,66.7% of the patients in BBQ-FPP group had complete resolution of symptoms,compared with 50% of the patients treated with BBQ.The improv1 ement rate of BBQ-FPP group after the first session was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the simple BBQ group（64.3%）.After the Second session,17 and 8 patients of the two groups were cured.The cure rate of the BBQ-FPP group was significantly higher than that of the simple BBQ group.Conclusion The combined BBQ-FPP therapy of HC-BPPV was more effective compared with that of BBQ only.
