摘 要:以某四缸柴油机为研究对象,建立整机有限元模型并通过模态试验校正曲轴和缸体有限元模型,运用AVL-Excite Power Unit多体动力学软件对该柴油机进行振动响应分析。振动和噪声预测结果与试验结果对比表明,该方法具有较高的精度,可以满足工程应用的需要,为柴油机结构辐射噪声的声学优化奠定了基础。With a 4-cylinder diesel engine as the research object,the vibration response of an engine was analyzed by muhi-body dynamics software of AVL Excite PowerUnit. In order to verify the correctness of FE (Finite Element) model, modal test analysis of the crankshaft and engine cylinder block was carried out. And then vibration simulation result was acquired and compared with the experimental result. The results show that this simulation method has the advantage of high precision, meets the requirements of engineering application, and which can establish a good foundation for acoustic optimization of diesel engine.
