摘  要:为了改善电气石的电磁性能,本研究以硫酸镍,水合肼为原料,通过化学镀法制备金属镍包覆电气石复合粉体,采用X射线衍射仪、红外吸收光谱、扫描电子显微镜、电子探针能量色散谱仪等对复合粉体进行表征,并利用振动样品磁强计、矢量网络分析仪测试了镍包覆电气石复合粉体的磁滞回线和磁损耗。研究结果显示:水合肼还原化学镀法可在电气石表面包覆纳米金属镍,硫酸镍溶液的浓度为60 mg/L为宜,浓度过高会产生大量的NiSO_4·3N_2H_4和Ni(OH)_2;磁性能测试表明:当硫酸镍浓度为60g/L时,所得镍包覆电气石复合粉体的性能最好,即通过包覆可获得具有一定磁性能的电气石基复合粉体,同时镍包覆电气石粉体的磁损耗也明显提高。With Nickel sulfate (NiSO4) and hydrazine hydrate (N2H4 · H2O) as raw materials, the tourmaline was coated with nickels by electroless plating. The composite powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), respectively. Meanwhile, the magnetic properties of composite powders were analyzed with vibration magnetometer and vector network analyzer. It was revealed that the surface of tourmaline can be coated by nano nickels. Compared with tourmaline powder, magnetic properties and magnetic loss of composite powders was improved obviously by coated nickel.
