肛肠科手术患者医院感染管理方法的研究及分析

摘　　要：目的探讨研究肛肠科手术患者医院感染的管理方法。方法该院肛肠科自2015年1月起开始实施医院感染管理持续质量改进,随机选取2015年1—12月收治的120例肛肠科手术患者作为观察组,另选取2014年1—12月收治的120例肛肠科手术患者作为对照组,回顾两组患者的临床诊治资料,比较经医院感染管理持续质量改进前后的医院感染发生率情况及患者的满意度情况,并总结医院感染管理方法。结果观察组患者的医院感染发生率显著少于对照组患者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度显著高于对照组患者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛肠科手术患者容易发生医院感染,必须要加强医院感染管理,采取有效的医院感染管理方法,实施医院感染管理持续质量改进,能有效避免及减少医院感染的发生,保障患者的生命健康安全。Objective To study the management of nosocomial infection in anorectal surgery patients. Methods Anorectal department of our hospital from January 2015 onwards since the implementation of continuous improvement of hospital infection management, randomly selected in January 2015 to December 2015 period of 120 patients admitted to the anorectal surgery patients as the study group, Another 120 patients who underwent anorectal surgery during the period from January2014 to December 2014 were selected as the control group. The clinical data of the two groups were reviewed and compared with those before and after the continuous quality improvement of hospital infection management The incidence of infection and patient satisfaction, and summarize the hospital infection management methods. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nosocomial infection should be strengthened in patients undergoing anorectal surgery. Nosocomial infection management should be strengthened, effective hospital infection management method should be adopted and continuous quality improvement of hospital infection management should be carried out in order to avoid and reduce nosocomial infection and ensure the life and health safety of patients.
