摘　　要：目的调查大一新生口腔卫生状况,了解大一学生口腔卫生保健情况,对大学生在大学期间口腔保健工作有指导意义。方法按照WHO《口腔卫生健康调查基本方法》,对学校的2015年入学的11个学院大学生进行随机抽取4个学院,每个学院随机抽取3个班级全体同学口腔状况进行检查,推测新入学学生的口腔卫生情况,检查项目包括龋病、牙周病等。结果①患龋率为57.75%,男性患龋率为40.76%,女性患龋率为69.51%。女学生患龋率高于男学生。②牙结石检出率为68.02%,男性牙石检出率为78.67%,女性牙石检出率为60.66%。男性较女性牙石检出率高。③牙龈炎检出率为64.15%,男性牙龈炎检出率为74.88%,女性牙龈炎检出率为56.72%。男性较女性牙龈炎检出率高。结论大学新生口腔健康状况一般,龋病和牙龈炎仍然是常见病,龋病女性明显高于男性,牙龈炎男性高于女性,需对新生进行口腔疾病防治工作,口腔健康宣教和定期去口腔医院检查是保持和提高大学生口腔健康水平的关键。Objective To survey and know the oral health condition of freshmen in 2015 and provide reference for the oral health condition of students during the college period. Methods 4 schools were randomly selected in 11 schools in 2015, 3classes in each school was examined for oral condition according to the oral health healthy survey basic condition of WHO,and the oral health condition of freshmen was speculated, and the examination items included dental caries and periodontal disease. Results ① The caries prevalence rate in female students was higher than that in male students,（69.51% vs40.76%）, and the caries prevalence rate was 57.75%. ② The detection rate of dental calculus in female was higher than that in female（78.67% vs 60.66%）, and the detection rate of dental calculus was 68.02%. ③ The detection rate of gingivitis in male was higher than that in female（74.88% vs 56.72%）, and the detection rate of dental calculus was 64.15%. Conclusion The oral health condition of freshmen is general, and dental caries and periodontal disease are the common diseases, and the incidence rate of dental caries in female is obviously higher than that in male, and the incidence rate of gingivitis in male is higher than that in female, and we need to carry out the prevention and control work for freshmen, and the oral health education and regular oral examination is the key to keep and improve the oral health level of college students.
