摘  要:目的系统评价糖尿病足骨髓炎与其感染多重耐药菌(MDRO)的相关性,为糖尿病及糖尿病并发症的临床治疗、护理提供参考。方法检索Pub Med、Google Scholar、Elsevier、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库,检索有关我国糖尿病足无骨髓炎与糖尿病足骨髓炎均感染MDRO的病例对照研究,检索时限均截止到2016年6月,对纳入的研究进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,糖尿病足骨髓炎与感染多重耐药菌存在相关性[OR=9.08,95%CI=4.75-17.36,P〈0.01]。结论糖尿病足发展至骨髓炎是感染MDRO的危险因素,但尚需进一步研究验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between osteomyelitis and MDRO infection in patient with diabetic foot,providing for clinical treatment and nursing and reference for the prevention of complications.Methods Case-control studies on the relationship between osteomyelitis and MDRO infection in patient with diabetic foot published up June 2016 were initially searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),VIP Database,Wangfang Med Online,Pub Med and Elsevier,and then the results were subjected to meta-analysis with software Stata(version 11.0).Results A total of 14 studies were included.Of the 2,916 case,722 were involved in incidence of MDRO infection,and2194 were free association(control subjects).Meta-analysis indicated that osteomyelitis was associated with MDRO infection of diabetic foot,and pooled odds ratio(OR) value was 9.08(95% CI = 4.75 to 17.36),P〈0.001).Conclusions Although current evidences suggest that osteomyelitis is the risk factors for incidence of diabetic foot patients infected MDRO,this conclusion needs further verifying in following studies.
