摘 要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,采用熔融共混法制备马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸(PLA-gMAH)用于增容改性聚乳酸/细菌纤维素复合物.红外分析证实MAH成功地接枝于PLA主链上.当DCP质量分数为0.6%时接枝率达到最大.将制备的PLA-g-MAH添加于PLA/BC中制备复合材料.利用SEM、DSC、TGA、维卡测试仪和万能拉力试验机分别表征测试了PLA/BC/PLA-g-MAH的形貌、结晶性质、热稳定性、维卡软化点和力学性能.结果表明,添加2%的PLA-g-MAH时制备出的PLA/BC复合材料的耐热性和拉伸强度均有所提高.In this paper,a composite polylactic acid / bacterial cellulose( PLA / BC) compatibilized with maleic anhydride( MAH) grafted PLA( PLA-g-MAH) was prepared by melt-blending method.The compatibilizer,PLA-g-MAH,was prepared with dicumyl peroxide( DCP) as an initiator and the FTIR analysis demonstrated that MAH was successfully grafted onto the PLA chains. The maximumgraftratio was obtained with addition of 0. 6 wt% DCP,which was used as the compatibilizer for the preparation of the composite PLA / BC. The morphology,crystallization,thermal stability,vicat softening point and tensile strength were investigated in terms of SEM,DSC,TGA,vicat apparatus and universal testing machine. The results indicated that the heat-resistance and the tensile strength of the composite PLA / BC were significantly improved by compatibilizing with 2% PLA-g-MAH.
