自拟扶正化瘀汤联合化疗对胃癌患者的辨证临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析自拟扶正化瘀汤联合化疗对胃癌患者的辨证临床效果。方法:选取2012年12月到2014年12月内在我院接受治疗的86例胃癌患者,依照数字法随机将所有患者分为研究组和对照组各43例,对比2组治疗前后血清炎性因子水平、免疫功能以及治疗后不良反应的发生情况与疗效。结果:研究组治疗后CD3^+与CD4^+明显高于对照组,CD8^+明显低于对照组;治疗后研究组骨髓抑制以及胃肠道反应的发生率明显低于对照组;对照组的有效率仅为37.21%,而研究组的有效率高达60.47%,研究组的有效率相对更高,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药自拟扶正化瘀汤联合化疗治疗胃癌患者疗效很好,能够提高患者免疫力且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of self-prescribed Fuzheng Huayu Decoction combined with chemotherapy on patients with gastric cancer based on syndrome differentiation.Methods：Gastric cancer patients of 86 cases from December 2012 to December 2014 in hospital were divided into study group and control group by random number method.The serum inflammatory factor level,immune function as well as toxicity and adverse effects and curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After the treatment,CD3^＋and CD4^＋of study group were significantly higher than those of control group,CD8^＋was significantly lower than control group;bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the total effective rate of the study group was 60.47%,significantly higher than the 37.21% of the control group.All the differences above had statistical significances（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The self-prescribed traditional Chinese Formulas Fuzheng Huayu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer patients is effective,with improvement of the immune function and no toxic side effects,which is worth of clinical promotion.
